REFUND POLICY 

• There will be strictly no refunds on products that have been installed on premises. 

• Purchases that have not been installed would be assessed on a case-by-case basis 

• For orders that Lockin Singapore deems unfit for installation, a full refund of the amount paid will be initiated. 

 

GENERAL WARRANTY TERMS 

Products are warranted for defects in materials and workmanship, including repairs and services. 

Warranty period: 24 months 

There would be no warranty for any free gifts(if applicable) .

The Warranty period commences from the date of installation, unless otherwise stated. During Warranty period, Lockin Singapore will repair or replace the product specified in the original invoice due to defects or manufacturing faults subject to terms and conditions stated as per below at no additional charges. 

 

LIMITATIONS 

On a case-by-case basis, services will be charged even during the warranty period. The Warranty DOES NOT APPLY to the below and not limited to(subjected to technician inspections): 

• Any damages not caused by manufacturing faults 

• Any damage that is caused by improper maintenance 

• Any displacement of parts of the product eg. Emergency keys, NFC cards, remote control, batteries. 

• Products and components not being installed by Lockin Singapore authorised installation specialists.  

• Products or parts has been repaired, altered or dismantled by any other that is not authorised by Lockin Singapore 

• Defects caused by inappropriate AA battery usage and leakage, non-Lockin authorised lithium ion batteries or inappropriate charge or usage of batteries 

• Defects caused by fire, man-made or natural disaster, negligence and accidents 

• Consequential losses, damages(including financial losses, loss of use) as a result of device malfunctioning, damage or failure of covered products. Including during servicing or awaiting parts are not covered 

• Damages or fault as a result of repairs or replacements not due to negligence fault of the authorised technician 

• Damages, fault or failures caused by delay in rendering of Lockin Singapore services 

• Normal wear and tear and cosmetic damages such as not limited to corrosion, scratches, dents, rust, stains 

• Payment not made in full for the products or its accessories 

 

OVERVIEW 

Our refund and return policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days passed since delivery or installation, we can’t offer you full refund or exchange. 

Purchases that have not been installed would be assessed on a case by case basis. Change of mind requests after purchases, before installation but after schedule has been made, charges may apply not limiting to transport and labour. 

To be eligible for a return, 

ELIGIBILITY: 

• Only applicable for orders made from our official website, platforms, showrooms or authorised staffs 

• 7 day return period starts from date of installation  

• Product must be in its original condition, free from damages or misuse and accompanied by all accessories and packaging. 

 

REFUND DETAILS 

You will receive a refund for the product price you paid for, minus installation and removal fees and transport charges: 

•Installation & removal fee for digital gate and/or door locks $150 

•Transport charges: initial installation trip $50. Removal trip $50 

 

REFUND RETURN PROCESS 

• To initiate a refund return, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of installation  

• Produce a receipt or proof of purchase from our authorised platforms 

• A date and time will be scheduled for our authorised technician to remove and certify the conditions of the return refund eligibility are met 

• Once your return is received and inspected, an email will be sent to you to notify of our receipt and we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your requested refund. 

• If you are approved, then your refund will be processed. A credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 day period. 

 

EXCLUSION 

• For digital locks that has been installed and need dismantle removal, we do not undertake any touch up, repair, replace on doors or gates that during the course of installations, our authorised installers modified for the good of installation of said products. 

• We are not required to install back any locks that are preceding to our installation of our products. And we carry a disclaimer to the working conditions of the preceding dismantled lock that our authorised installers removed for the good of our installation.  

• LOCKIN SINGAPORE reserved the rights to alter the policies at any point of time when required without prior notice. Thank you and we hope you have a smooth and pleasant experience with us.
